Booking Details

Check the details so you know what to expect.

Deposit:

A $300 non-refundable deposit per room is required to make a reservation, no matter the number of nights requested. This deposit has to be used within a year or it becomes non-redeemable.

Payment:

Full payment for the entire vacation stay must be made 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date at the resort. You can pay by credit card or secure online system.

Room Requests:

You may request a specific room, but we cannot guarantee it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Change/Cancellation Notification:

To cancel or change your reservation, you must send a written request to the resort by certified mail, fax or email along with an authorization to charge your credit card for any penalty fees involved.

Reservation Changes:

For changes to a reservation, Hidden Beach may charge up to a $50 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations:

Guests have the right to cancel a reservation at any time, but there may be penalties from the resort, plus other travel suppliers like the transport company, airline and travel insurance company that may have been contracted at the time of the room booking.

When you cancel a reservation, Hidden Beach may charge up to a $75 administrative fee per person. In addition, the following compensatory fees apply:
• If you cancel your booking seven to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you’ll be charged the cost of your first night.
• Cancellations made six days or less before your arrival date will be charged twice the first-night cost.
These fees are not refundable, redeemable, transferable or exchangeable. Higher fees may apply for holidays or special events.

Hurricanes:

Under the threat of a hurricane, we will evacuate the resort. Refunds will not be granted. You may want to consider travel insurance.

Hidden Beach Resort is just over an hour south of Cancun International Airport, so you can take advantage of the many flight options and reasonable airfares to and from this busy travel hub. Of course you also save on airline baggage fees when you vacation clothes-free.

We’ll arrange a transfer from the airport to the resort by van, private car or stretch limo when you book your stay. You can be sitting on the beach soaking up the sun sans suit in no time.

This 42-suite boutique resort is located on the quiet, white sand beach of Kantenah Bay. It’s surrounded by a tall security fence, backed by a vast mangrove jungle, and bordered on one side by El Dorado Seaside Suites that is managed by the same hotel company. Your privacy is assured in this secluded spot.
