Feel what makes your body sing, sweat and pulls you and what will do the same to your partner. Saturday - Body Awareness
This work gets you in touch with your body, what you are feeling and how to honor your body more fully. It supports you in relationship with yourself and others, feeling your internal power and strength, supports you in stretching physically and mentally in all aspects of life, within relationships and it supports you to get out of old habits that no longer serve you in your life. This is all guided through movement, stillness, speaking, silence, focus, meditation and many more ways to help you life fully in your body and feel alive daily!
*All Classes are 2 hours in length.
*For the Couples Classes- If you are single, grab a partner to explore and play with, don't be shy, just ask someone, it'll be fun! Or show up to see if another single shows up! There won't be any explicit sexual acts in these classes. Classes are set up for honoring boundaries and to create opening and safety within the group, as this wear true intimacy begins.

Couples Work
Private sessions are a way to address specific issues regarding sexuality, intimacy, touch, connecting and honoring your body, meditation, and much more using the techniques and meditations of Tantra. This work is to support you in realizing and feeling your full ecstatic being within relationship. I coach on having healthy, fulfilling relationships with open communication and to have a deeper sense of intimacy to improve all areas of your relationship.
I will work with you on touch, massage, giving pleasure to your partner, receiving pleasure, how to communicate and listen, how to deepen the intimacy and your passion through opening your heart, sexual healing for you and your partner, body awareness, how to honor your partner, breathing, opening your sexual energy together, supporting your partner in opening, strengthen boundaries, dance, empower your voice, how to play in your relationship and bring more fun into your relationship.
$150.00 per hour for Couples. Minimum 2 hours.
For Private Group Sessions
2 hours. Find other couples that want to work on specific areas as mentioned above and I'll create your own private session to fit to your needs- ie.- sexual healing, opening to receive, etc:

Heather R. Dawn has been teaching Sacred Sexuality, Movement, Women's classes, Couples & Singles classes for 4 years now. She is a healer, dancer, writer and teacher at heart and she loves to support others to heal and grow in a safe and loving space.
Women's Sacred Spot / Sexual Healing Classes
This is non-sexual, therapeutic work that promotes a healthy pelvic floor by releasing trauma out of the pelvis, awakening your base and sexual center in a safe and nurturing environment. Through massage, breath, pressure points and sound the body is able release and let go of anything that is trapped and keeping you from being your full ecstatic self.
My mission is to support women to heal and feel empowered in their bodies to have a healthy and ecstatic sex life. Through establishing boundaries and opening to your own pleasure I will help you to release old traumas such as rape, bad sexual relationships, abuse, hysterectomies, and negative thought patterns, so you can create positive thoughts, affirmations and loving energy around your sexuality and in your life. This is about celebrating your body, your sex, and the Goddess within through opening your heart. This work is done through an out pouring of love and a deep desire to empowered and heal women all around the world.

Massage-Deep/Light Swedish, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Energy Work.
I am a Certified Massage Therapist of 19 years. I have been trained in Swedish, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Energy Release work. My gift is working intuitively with the body. I allow my hands to feel deeply into your energy and physical body to see what it needs to heal and relax. I release negative energy that is holding you back in life so you feel lighter and more energetic afterward. Massage is a great way to support your health, improve circulation, release toxins from the body, relieves pain & headaches, improves flexibility and overall health.
$100.00 an hour, I offer up to 2 hour massages.
Body Awareness

This will support & empower you to live in your full physical, energetic & sexual being with awareness and love.
