A length of string and a good teacher are all you need to create an authentic Mexican bracelet. For those lazy afternoons around the pool, this activity fills the time with an idle activity that will yield a lovely keepsake.
Simply tie the string to a fixed object, posts, chairs, or sun beds are ideal. Avoid using parts of the human anatomy given that completing a bracelet can take a few hours, not to mention the complications with restricting the circulation of blood to extremities. Then with a little instruction from the entertainment staff, begin making knots to create a unique design. Add details such as sea shells or beads and the project becomes a work of art.
It's the perfect souvenir to wear home or take to someone you love.

I'm a loans officer. I wear suits all week. This is how I channel my inner hippy. - Tamara
Last night I dreamt that my boss was here and that he asked me if I knew of a place where he could plug in his mobile device… I feel a little traumatized. I may not be able to return to work. - Charline
