If You’re Healthy and You Know it, Show it!
Activities at Hidden Beach throughout the month of January were inspired by the best intentions and the most common of New Year’s resolutions: good ol’ fashioned healthy living!
Gourmet chefs hosted cooking classes, where guests learned how to prepare delicious, healthy creations. A variety of relaxing and spirit nurturing activities were offered such as poolside yoga classes, botanic walking tours and snorkeling. Even the bar got in on the act, serving a variety of refreshing, healthy juices. (See “A Taste of Hidden” for recipes).
Attn: January guests
If you went astray upon your return home from Healthy month at Hidden Beach, don’t dismay. Though you may find yourself on the sofa nestled into two deep indentations
(curiously molded to the shape of your buttocks), poking back Big Macs and munching on Cheetos… simply seize the opportunity to turn up the heat and take it all off,
because there’s no proof of gain if the fabric don’t strain!

Sergio Trujillo
His nickname may be “Harry” (after the precocious young wizard that many feel he resembles), but once you have seen his moves during
Latin dance lessons, you will see why his name is SERGIOOOOO!
Not only does this charming, young member of the Hidden Beach entertainment team know how to Bachata, Salsa and Meringue, he plays a mean game of ping pong
and serves as a floating target for poolside golfers. In short he is willing to go to extreme measures to make sure Hidden guests enjoy their vacations.
According to Sergio, hearing a guest say, “Thanks for everything; I had a lot of fun!” makes his day.
Curiously enough when he began working at Hidden Beach, he didn’t hesitate to inform his mother. She congratulated him – saying that he should feel right
at home among the nude vacationers. (Draw your own conclusions). Nevertheless, Sergio has been reluctant to mention the Au Naturel concept of the resort
to his father, fearing that he may submit his resume.
His mother was right, Sergio does seem particularly receptive and insightful with respect to his work environment. When asked if he would enjoy an Au Naturel
vacation, he responded with an enthusiastic “YES” then added “I’ve learned from the guests here that being nude is a unique kind of spiritual liberty.”
