Haunting and Flaunting
For those who think vacationing at an Au Naturel Club takes all the fun out of Halloween, leave it up to the guests of Hidden Beach to prove you wrong!
Ah Halloween, when the true creativity of Hidden guests is put to the test. Selecting just the right costume while trying to stay true to the Au Naturel surroundings is a challenging task. One must contemplate how to dress up while remaining undressed.
One clever guest, Sharon from Texas, shares her Halloween strategy. "The trick", she says, "is covering the parts that the textile folks don’t mind showing. Hats and masks are great, gloves work well and, as usual, shoes or boots make the outfit. The rest can stay Au Naturel."
Hidden’s Halloween bash featured an especially creepy pre-party dinner, some great ghoulish tunes and a whole lot of guests getting their groove on in the cavern of doom (aka Moonlight Disco).
Real Rockers Drop Their Dockers
Biff Naked, Naked Eyes, Bare Naked Ladies… Many rock stars have been inspired by it, but Quarzo lives it and they’re back to rock the beach! Hidden’s favourite band revs up the evening with their classic rock sound and joins in the fun by baring their buns.

What is your official title Sergio? He smiles and jokingly responds, "Cantinebrio."
Searching my relatively limited repertoire of Spanish, I manage to piece together the joke. Cantinero means bartender: ebrio means inebriated. It was an unexpected opener from an obviously diligent and dedicated employee.
While we continue talking he is busily blending, crushing, stirring and serving up cocktails. He answers my questions, helps his co-workers and takes instructions on how to make a new ice cream drink all at the same time. Perhaps his 3 children have made this charming 27-year-old from Querétaro such a talented juggler.
His jovial spirit and genuine personality make him a favourite among Hidden Beach guests and there is no doubt that Sergio is perfectly at home among them. Although his family doesn’t know that he works in an Au Naturel Club, he doubts it would bother them. "It’s natural," he says.
